RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Virginia’s Eastern Shore has been an active mark this morning during a NASA Wallops Flight Test Facility given about 1 a.m. EDT Monday, Jul 23, as NASA scientists and support staff ready to launch a three-stage Black Brant XI sounding rocket carrying new feverishness defense record called IRVE-3. You can watch a launch live, that is scheduled for 7 a.m. EDT, by clicking HERE. Smaller sounding rockets are also being launched, book-ending a IRVE-3 to representation a atmosphere before and after a large launch.
